Responsibility

  • I con-struct developments are a small but growing construction company
  • work will consist of full house renovations, conversions, extentions, kitchen and bathroom fit outs
  • NVQ level 3 joinery / Kitchen fitting, 1st and 2nd fix
  • must have experience in other trades like basic electrics, basic plumbing, tiling and plastering
  • must have good communication skills and good at problem solving
  • we are looking for a out going candidate who is not scared of getting stuck into other trades and work as a team
  • must be polite, reliable and professional with customers
  • candidates must have the following experience and must have a good eye for detail with the ability to problem solve and use their own initiative
