Yes of course because they are very helpful
The experience was the worst that I had in my lifetime I paid full price for flexible ticket after I checked they bought me essentials when I wanted to change my flight the new date I wanted to travel was £1000 cheaper than the one I already paid for but it said you need to pay £800 extra I called Pegasus my self and they told me it’s not flexible otherwise we wouldn’t have charged you anything.
