as an Assistant Tax Manager, you will be working within the Finance and resources department to assist the Group Tax Manager in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and minimizing tax liabilities for the organisation
Requirements
professional accountant with a tax qualification
minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in tax management role
experience within the property tax and real estate sector is desirable
tax compliance experience in CT, LLP, VAT & VAT partial exemption, CIS and SDLT

Requirements
previous experience within a high volume fast-paced Multi skilled contact centre
experience of managing, coaching, developing and motivating staff to achieve KPI’s and objectives
good understanding of contact centre solutions, CRM, and workforce management software
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
solution oriented and able to problem solve under pressure
handle all escalations and complaints to a successful resolution
able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
proven people management and leadership skills and the ability to develop others
