female support worker
Responsibility
- communicating with therapists, specialists, and consultants and co-ordinating and attending appointments, effectively documenting all communication and appointment outcomes
- conduct in-house Induction Training with new starters
- to make sure I am not being exploited and pre-empting possible risky situations
- ensure Risk Assessments are in place for all equipment used by Care Team in collaboration with Service manager
- organise equipment reviews and book maintenance and servicing for all devises, this would include reconciling the client’s finances and weekly fire checks as per Policy
- medical supplies: stock checks and ordering
- being directly involved in keeping the support plan up to date
- provide support during the good times and the difficult periods our individual faces in their daily life
Requirements
- hands-on experience for the needs of the client, e.g., learning disabilities, autism and or ADHD and Mental Health
