  • job Description: Hybrid Marketing / Customer Services Co-ordinator
  • deal with complaints/queries, providing Line Manager with feedback
  • assisting in the warehouse when necessary
  • assist in promotion planning
  • responding to Feefo feedback in a timely manner and resolving any negativity
