HENLEY HEARING CARE is looking for employees for positions:

receptionist / administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will be self-motivated and reliable as they will be responsible for opening and closing the shop each day
  • holiday entitlement for full time is 28 days per year including bank holidays. Part time will be pro rata
  • the position is part time, days/hours to be discussed at interview although there will be a requirement to provide holiday cover and therefore the successful applicant will be flexible to work full time hours when necessary
  • completing orders from stock items and monitoring stock levels daily
  • sending out orders for batteries and any other accessories by post
  • maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all areas of the shop
  • ensuring completed orders are passed to audiologists in time for scheduled appointments and monitoring any delays so that appointments can be rescheduled if required
