Responsibility

  • ● To own the clinic space and lead from the front with your high standards, pro-action, assertiveness and clarity of communication
  • ● To know when - and to be strong enough - to assert the needs of the clinic over the reservations of the clinical team and the objections of clients
  • ● To facilitate the entire client journey in such a way that makes each and every client feel special and continues to generate fabulous online reviews
  • ● To be so engaged and to communicate so effectively and proactively with colleagues, clients and suppliers as to give the impression that you can see issues before they actually happen
  • ● To adhere to such a high bar across a wide range of clinical and procedural standards – e.g. client record keeping, paediatric support and stock monitoring – that you have no fear of an inspection from our client’s regulator
  • reception duties – including drop ins, various queries and requests, meet and greet clients, take medical consent, payment, manage the waiting room, replenish marketing materials and related earcare display items, etc
  • ● Client management – via various channels
  • supplier liason and management, e.g. for cleaning, waste disposal, various stock replenishment duties

Requirements

  • trustworthy – e.g. with cash and company property
  • punctual and reliable as without this person the Clinic cannot function
  • determined and resilient
  • down-to-earth / get-stuck-in / no airs and graces-orientation
  • office Work: 3 years
  • office Work: 2 years
  • whilst this position is very much Forest Row-based, there will be a requirement to attend occasional company meetings in London
  • good computer skills and the ability to follow company policies and procedures
