Responsibility
- providing excellent care and support to our residents
- supporting our Registered Nurses and Senior Care Nurse Assistants within the units to assist with resident care
- arran View Care Home is a nursing home in the quaint town of Saltcoats. We are a multi-unit home caring for ages with varying diagnosises both elderly and young adult
- we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Management team to aid with overseeing our residents and staff after hours
- ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with current standards
- this would be specifically to assist in peer support, supervisions, team meetings and careplanning, both training and assisting with completing required tasks in all sites
- completing mandatory training
- we are looking for Mon-Friday oversight, times can be discussed to have oversight on shift turnover. One weekend per month to encapsulate medication changeover would be mandatory
