Responsibility
- maintain all department records – e.g. Occurrence Book, statements for police, banning notices
- to ensure that you and your team provide a courteous and efficient service to both internal and external customers to the department at all times
- ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and regularly checked
- effectively work with the Assistant Operations Manager to minimise stock loss and ensure the security of the building, its staff and its contents through optimum management of security resources and effective security policies and practices
- monitor all paperwork relating to the movement of stock from the store
- to manage loss prevention by customer interaction and maintaining a keen awareness of store security procedures and policies and to carry out regular stock checks
