Requirements
- maintenance: 1 year
- to support the delivery of an effective maintenance service to the business that augments the successful delivery of the Halliwell Restorative Parenting® Recovery Programme
- contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve the performance of the business
- maintain effective delivery a Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, ensuring full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, arranging access for PPM contractors, and lead on ensuring the appropriate therapeutic environment for delivery of the recovery programme is maintained within the houses and schools
- maintain the Halliwell vehicle fleet to ensure that all company vehicles are safe, fit for purpose and available to for use when required
- to support the Health and Safety and Maintenance Manager with health and safety audits, investigations and to produce regular reports for the Leadership team and the board in relation to Health and Safety and Maintenance duties
Responsibility
- all other duties commensurate to the job role and pay scale as directed by the Halliwell Leadership Team
- to deputise for the Health and Safety and Maintenance Manager as necessary at meetings and in other circumstances
