- senior Property Maintenance Field manager
- managing works to ensure they hit to targets
- quoting to ensure acceptance and profit margins are met
- ensure that purchasing of materials is regularly monitored
- as a property maintenance and refurbishment company, we are very busy maintaining properties with day to day maintenance and improvements, as well as conducting refurbishments in residential and commercial environments as and when they accrue
- in addition, we are responsible for over 350 properties for ensuring we inspect, and ensure they comply to the Fit For Human Habitation act
- we have an excellent reputation in the local area as well as being Safe Contractor accredited as we treat health and safety very serious throughout the company
- day to day running of works, jobs are clean and tidy, staff are organised and co-ordinated so the company is maximising all working hours each day
Requirements
- must hold a full UK Driving License
- excellent time management skills
- good communication skills
- proactive, forward thinking and able to use own initiative
- professional, positive attitude
- reliable and trustworthy
- experience working under time pressures, and the ability to meet deadlines
- maintenance: 5 years
