Responsibility
- growing Up Green runs two privately owned nurseries offering full day care
- our management team across the settings consists of two owners who are qualified teachers and two qualified and experienced Nursery Managers
- we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our fabulous team
- from 8am to 6pm in the Preston Park area of Brighton. Our Preston Road nursery has been open for 13 years and 55 children attend each day. We offer a home from home family orientated nursery experience and hold an Outstanding Ofsted grading
- we strive to create a strong community feel at our settings ensuring that staff, parents and children have a voice and as a result have low staff turnover and a cohesive nursery team
- undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by line manager
- support the Nursery Manager in making sure all complaints/concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner
- ensure that all children are kept safe and that staff are confident to follow safeguarding procedures
