maintenance manager
Responsibility
- develop maintenance schedules for all electrical systems within the domestic buildings
- coordinate with construction and project managers to align maintenance activities with project timelines
- conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or areas that require maintenance
- perform audits to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in domestic buildings
- oversee and/or personally handle repairs and replacements of faulty electrical components or systems
- implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize unexpected breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of electrical systems
- schedule routine maintenance tasks such as testing and calibration of equipment
Requirements
- work experience as a Maintenance Manager in construction industry or in a similar position
- excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- several years of experience in maintenance roles within the construction industry, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- previous experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored business solutions
