Responsibility
- maintain stocks of materials and products required for the grounds
- ensure gates and all buildings are opened and closed as required
- deliver Woodlands Maintenance tasks to the company WOW standards for maintenance
- carry out regular H&S/maintenance checks on machinery, tree safety, boundaries, etc
- customers are greeted and acknowledged in a warm and friendly manner and all questions are answered
