Responsibility
- conduct property viewings, showcasing the best features and benefits to potential tenants
- build and maintain relationships with new landlords, understanding their requirements and matching suitable tenants to their properties
- manage and update property listings on various platforms and our company website
- respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide accurate information about available properties
- negotiate rental terms and agreements between landlords and tenants
- conduct reference checks and assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements
- ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
- stay updated with current market trends and provide insights to clients
Requirements
- proven experience in lettings and customer service role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with property management software and online listing platforms
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
- A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed
