Responsibility
getting involved with multiple aspects of the end-to-end project cycle for exciting Retail Marketing and POS campaigns
lead the development, delivery, and measurement of the UK marketing plan for the proposed product
maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
you'll manage various responsibilities, such as stakeholder management, project administration, finance, documentation, project strategy, and delivery of POS campaigns
work in cross-functional teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches
manage projects from start to finish for client projects, as well as post-project feedback and performance review
recommend and execute product optimisations based on data analysis
coordinate stakeholders such as designers, structural engineers, production teams, and graphic designers
Requirements
A graduate from university, OR a school leaver who went straight into work and has gained commercial experience
commercial experience in a relevant field (project management, operations, marketing alongside/following studies is ideal
experience managing projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
exceptional communication skills - you can find a way of building rapport with everyone and anyone
strong desire to creatively but also work with numbers
A natural problem solver, with great organisation/time management and the ability to think both critically and creatively
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
