Responsibility
- industry knowledge is by no means essential, as training will be given by the rest of the team
- we are a family-owned business, based in the heart of Surrey. We sell, service, repair, and hire garden machinery, an industry that has thrived even during the current climate
- thanks to our continually increasing customer base, we need to bring in an enthusiastic individual to assist with the day to day running of the shop
- this is a hands-on and administrative role. The successful individual will be required to book in and assign jobs for the workshop, complete customer invoicing, contact customers by telephone, and assist the spares department
- what is essential is a keen eye and ear for attention to detail, and good customer service skills as the role involves serving trade and domestic customers
- you will be joining an experienced & fun team, covering Stihl, Echo, Husqvarna, Hayter, Honda, Countax, Westwood, and other premium garden machinery brands to name but a few
- other duties as requested
- offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
