My parents (who are both deceased) have had money taken out of their account on 3 occasions which was not needed. They are a terrible company to deal with - Jamie Mason who is down as a Director of this company should be ashamed of himself for breaking Direct Debit Guarantee rules

Had the same experience as other, paid call out, promised parts to fix washing machine, then nothing. Not sure if I will get my money back. Scammer for sure.

Be careful of using BH Appliance Solutions and Repairs Ltd also trading as Poole Appliance Repairs. We used them for the first time in a property of ours.
