  • initial contact for enquiries via telephone, email and web
  • dealing with postal correspondence
  • scanning, filing, photocopying
  • liaising with clients, providers, advisers and accountants
  • arranging meetings, travel & other appointments
  • opening client files, managing and closing off in line with our planning process
  • executing applications & transactions on provider platforms
  • bookkeeping, processing and recording financial transactions using accounting software

Requirements

  • computing systems, proficient working with Apple, macOS & iOS
  • proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, proficient in the use of accounting softwares
  • administration for financial advice, understanding of the advice process
  • industry software, with capability using systems such as Voyant, Mortgage Brain, AssureWeb and other IFA & mortgage platforms
