  • monitor & track Funding payments and highlight any anomalies immediately to the management team
  • maintaining family and account records on the nursery computer programme, for which training will be provided
  • liaising with Nursery Manager and Head Office with general employee administration
  • to work alongside the Pre-School manager to Ensure the Early Years, 2,3 & 4-year-old funding is claimed correctly, and head count forms completed by parents on a termly basis and submitted to the council within the omitted time scales
