Responsibility
full day to day Credit Control team management including 121s & appraisals
continuous process review, identifying areas of improvements & efficiency to maximise staff productivity/reporting automation
promoting a best practice environment for key stakeholders to successfully collect debt i.e., 1sttime chasing procedure / no first-time chase reporting
including all training, 121s, appraisals and recruitment
management of weekly referral report to ensure customers account status are accurate
review and resolve any DRC queries with internal / external stakeholders
act as the escalation point for any issues related to credit control which cannot be handled by the rest of the team
as an CC Manager, you will report into the Commercial Finance Manager, responsible for management of the Sales Ledger and Credit insurance compliance
Requirements
strong leadership skill as a Credit Control Manager / Team Leader, or relevant line management experience
the ability to demonstrate different approaches whilst chasing debt
desire for continual improvement, embracing technology and driving efficient ways of working
strong work ethic and enthusiasm to deliver results and looking for career progression
time management – good planning skills
self-motivated team player
accounting: 2 years
strong inter-personal skills – a customer focused person with a positive attitude
