Responsibility
we are currently seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team
coordinate and dispatch technicians or subcontractors to address service requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
maintain up-to-date records of all service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities in the company's database or ticketing system
monitor the progress of ongoing jobs, proactively communicating updates or delays to clients and escalating issues when necessary

provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing documentation

collaborate with other departments to address complex maintenance or service requests, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
previous experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or a related role
prior experience in facilities management or property maintenance is strongly preferred
excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of clients
strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
