- law degree or equivalent experience
- proficiency with MS Office and Case Management systems
- A Level education a minimum but preference of a Law Degree
- high levels of motivation and organisation
- ability to travel to other locations as and when required
- computer keyboard skills
Responsibility
- assist Lawyers in preparing legal documents
- drafting and advising on Wills and LPAs
- conduct legal research and collect pertinent information for cases
- managing probate matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates
- providing clients with high quality, proactive legal advice
- manage and organise legal files and documents
- undertake effective legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results accurately and clearly
- advising clients on estate planning to ensure the efficient transfer of wealth and assets
