Companies reviews in the Postal activities under universal service obligation in the UK

Want to return an item which I feel is poor quality. I've emailed three times to try to get a returns label and no response. I've messaged the mobile contact number and tried calling several times but the phone is turned off. Terrible customer service!!!!! Would not recommend this company at all

Avoid. Vans aren’t roadworthy, training is atrocious. Boss was bragging about not the grey areas in the contract he can abuse. He was also telling me how he refused to pay a past employee and he is now refusing to pay me. My van’s handbrake wasn’t working, ad blue sensor was broke so van wouldn’t restart after certain miles. He wanted me to leave the van running with keys in ignition while doing deliveries even though that brakes my contract and if anything happened, that would be my fault. He will sell you the dream to get you onboard then when you leave due to the conditions will not pay you. Can do one
