designing and synthesizing new pyrolysis catalysts
conducting experiments to evaluate the performance of catalysts, including reaction rates, selectivity, and stability
characterising catalysts using techniques such as X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, and spectroscopy to understand their structure and composition
optimizing catalyst formulations and structures to enhance catalytic activity
collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop practical production methods for the developed catalyst
upgrade Carbon into a more valuable material
source and order lab equipment
scaling up processes and Equipment to industrial level

Requirements

an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field with a focus on catalysis
significant knowledge of catalyst chemistry
experience with microwave energy driven chemical reactions would be desirable
experience of Carbon- graphene/graphite
strong knowledge of catalysis principles, reaction mechanisms, and materials science, specifically focused on methane pyrolysis
experience in designing and synthesizing catalysts using various techniques
familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and practices
excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
