Responsibility
- estimate, prioritise, plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities
- take ownership of the quality assurance process, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all software and websites
- develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify and report any defects or issues
- conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, UAT, automated and performance testing, to ensure the software meets quality standards
- document test results, track defects using appropriate tools, and communicate findings to the development team and business stakeholders
- continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

- collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide valuable input throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements
- proven experience as a QA/Software Tester or in a similar role
- solid knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- proactive approach; taking ownership of delivery and seeing projects through to completion
- relevant certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB, are a plus
- ability to empathize with users and stakeholders and understand their perspective
- business to consumer Ecommerce systems
- demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written documentation, reports, and other forms of written communication
