the right Freelance Fashion Videographer/Video Editor will have proven teamwork skill
proven experience in creative video editor role within a creative agency, focusing on TV, digital and social advertising
A strong passion for film and entertainment, with experience integrating these themes into advertising campaigns
entertainment-focused editing experience, preferably theatrical and streaming
understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, conversions, & codecs
enthusiasm for video editing to execute innovative advertising ideas
ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
must provide a current demo reel or link showcasing previous video editing work
experience in a similar role at a production company, post-house, agency, publisher or brand
good level of proficiency in colour grading using Adobe Premiere
good level of proficiency in sound mixing and mastering
passion for social and branded content
be able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving and creativity on a daily basis
experience of editing content for social media, including Snapchat
excellent storytelling skills
be conscious of spelling on content and maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation skills
knowledge of media law, including copyright and consent, and ethical considerations, is also desirable

develop Av concepts for TV adverts, digital content and social media campaigns
craft compelling narratives for TV advertising campaigns with extensive reach and impact
stay current with our client’s original content insights, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging
work closely with the creative teams to turn quick ideas into scalable impactful campaigns
this role demands an enthusiastic and creative approach to crafting compelling AV trailer concept sequences by sourcing themed key scenes and key dialog and often combining them with engaging music
you will be crafting AV concepts using our Original Shows for Brand marketing campaigns, producing enchanting content for broadcast and social advertising across the EMEA region
imagine yourself as a visual composer, using your knowledge of our shows and when certain moments happen in stories, you’ll be gracefully interweaving emotional tugging dialog and scenes that flow seamlessly
work with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects to a high standard, adhering to LADbible Video Team workflows and processes at all times
maintaining hard drives and archives
interpret briefs creatively and respond pro-actively to feedback
export, conform and adapt files to various delivery specifications
likes to stay organised with strong project management skills
apply colour grade to raw files, and comply with industry standards and best practices
you'll have an expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects and ensure consistency throughout production to create video content to a high standard
able to edit to a highly creative and technical standard and apply titles, motion and music to create engaging video assets using Premiere Pro and After Effects
adept at staying ahead of trends in social trends, benchmarking our competitors and translating this into compelling video content that appeals to the Coco & Eve customer
highlight any issues causing post-production problems to Producers/Project Director along with potential solutions
