Responsibility
customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing clear communication about their vehicle’s service or repair requirements
upselling: Suggest additional products, services, or repairs that would benefit the customer, including warranty cover and service plans
administration: Create accurate job cards, maintain up-to-date customer records, and prepare invoices for completed work
team Collaboration: Work with the Aftersales team, including parts and service departments, to coordinate customer bookings and ensure smooth operations
problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring the best resolution for both the customer and the dealership
communication: Keep customers informed of service progress, estimated costs, and timelines, ensuring full transparency
service Coordination: Liaise with the workshop and technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of customer jobs, including organising test drives
Requirements
service Advisor: 1 year
previous Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with a premium brand
customer-Focused: A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
