Requirements

- strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, with a thorough understanding of FCA compliance and regulations
- ability to drive and motivate a team, leading by example to achieve and exceed targets
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A professional and customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
