- the EUS team is responsible for the development, procurement and delivery of the MOD’s core ICT capability
- the span of projects delivers enterprise computing capabilities across the global MOD estate and across multiple security domains
- inventory Management- Timely issue of stock to the correct locations
- ITAR Compliance- Provide guidance and assistance to MOD & Civilian entities to ensure the correct ITAR controls are in place
- the resource manager works closely with the project manager to ensure resource requirements are met
- capability Management- Lead on the identification of resource levels, skills and competencies required and skill gaps for new and existing staff
- crypto Repair Management- Ensure MOD funding is in place for all U.S. Crypto items needing repair
- asset & Data Management- Ensure Item Data Records are maintained on the appropriate systems
