Education

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- you will previously have worked in the Construction industry as an Contracts Manager , Project Manager and Site Manager
- ideally you would be qualified to ONC/HNC/HND in a construction based field
- commercial or Industrial experience
- attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
Contract type
- attend client and internal meetings from pre-contract, progress, commissioning to post contract
- management of multiple teams across the Midlands
- oversee Health and Safety, site engineering staff and both supervisory staff / Sub Contractors
- A good understanding of forms or Main and Sub Contract documents
- assist in finalising all accounts
