- manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- conduct research and compile data for various projects
Requirements
- proven experience as a Senior Administrator or similar role
- proficient in using Office 365 and other office software
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- ability to type quickly and accurately
- familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is a plus
- data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
