Responsibility
- to assist and support client’s in individual/group activity, supporting them to work on their daily living skills
- to prompt with medication regimes
- to enable clients to increase their capacity for independence and independent decision making
- to liaise with the manager on all leave entitlements and adhere to the policies and procedures of TSHS
- to contribute to effective team working and participate in staff meetings
- to participate in staff training and other learning as required
- to participate in TSHS development initiatives
- to report on any observed changes in mood or behaviour, health care needs or mental health care needs to the manager and if severe change to their care team
