- coventry University Students’ Union is a membership organisation which aims to improve the lives and experiences of students across the Coventry University Group
- in addition, it would be beneficial to have previous staff supervision/management and staff recruitment/development/training experience
- as the Business Support Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the effective daily operation of our welcome desk and provision of administration support to our teams
- your role will focus on recruiting, coaching and mentoring student staff to deliver our welcome desk and other operations in a customer-centric way
- if successful, you will join a team where no one day is the same
- you will also support the Business Support Manager in developing and managing a multi-disciplinary team that are able to support and deliver initiatives and administrative tasks for our various departments
