Requirements
- minimum of 5 years’ experience
- experience of working within the Social Housing sector on installation projects and maintenance contracts
- general competence in the given trade
- electrical apprentice completion diploma or equivalent to level 3
- experience of working with residents and clients directly
- NVQ level 3
- A clean UK driving license and DBS check will be required
- AM2
Responsibility
- to liaise with residents and CCS clients as and when required about the works being undertaken
- to ensure all PPE is present and always correct and basic standards are always upheld on site
- to stay up to date with all codes of practice involving your given discipline
- be the first point of contact for electrical engineers within the department for any technical or contractual issues
- prepare and conduct monthly tool box talks
- responsible for engaging and attending all staff briefings and company functions
- contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- promote and maintain compliance with NICEIC and 18th edition standards across all electrical work
