Responsibility
- consortia are seeking a dynamic Design System Manager to lead the charge in creating and shaping our partner's new design system
- our partners are the global leader in providing cloud-based solutions for electronic communications archiving, messaging, supervision, and eDiscovery
- take the helm in developing, implementing, and maintaining our brand-new design system
- be the pioneer, defining this exciting project's vision, objectives, and roadmap
- with buy-in from the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our design system
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, setting the standards and best practices to guide our design and development efforts
- cultivate strong relationships across teams, advocating for adopting your visionary design system
- lead and mentor a team to help you bring your creative ideas to life
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field
- proven experience in design system management
- proficiency in design tools
- familiarity with design system management tools
- strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
