Responsibility
- provide knowledgeable answers to telephone calls and e-mail inquiries from customers about products and brands
- assist clients with ordering online
- deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
- follow-up on orders and liaise with customers
- follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brands provide the highest level of customer service in the industry
- manage ongoing customer relationships utilising our customer relationship management tools
- develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
- assist customers with after-sales service issues
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
