CLASSIC SHOE REPAIRS is looking for employees for positions:

customer service advisor

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
  • assessing customers shoes and leather goods to be repaired, and providing appropriate solutions
  • process transactions
  • processing repairs coming in and out of the Classic Shoe Repairs workshop using the in house system
  • quality checking the repairs of shoes and leather goods
  • answering the phone and emails to resolve queries promptly
  • dispatching customers and trade post orders in a timely manner

Requirements

  • ‘Customer First’ attitude
  • warm, outgoing and friendly personality
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • good computer skills
  • great prioritisation skills and ability to be proactive
  • strong team player
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team, without close supervision
  • customer service: 1 year
