Responsibility
- complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance
- conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs
- complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites as designated by City management
- complete the PPM agreed schedule ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures
- identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement
- updating the call and job status afterwards
- all completed within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies
Requirements
- essential
- city and Guilds 18th Edition
- electrical Competency Qualification
- GCSE standard
- CCTV IP/analogue systems
- fire alarm systems
- PC literate
- ability to maintain and repair a range of Fire, CCTV products and specific EAS systems
