Responsibility

  • providing administrative support to the lettings team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements, renewal letters, and other legal documents
  • handling phone and email enquiries from landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • conducting reference checks and other pre-tenancy procedures
  • coordinating the move-in process for new tenants, including arranging inventory checks and key handovers
  • updating property listings on our website and other online portals
  • learning about the property industry and relevant legislation through training and on-the-job experience

Requirements
