Responsibility
- execute a variety of skilled carpentry and joinery tasks in both residential and commercial
- measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
- assemble and join materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
- install cabinets, shelves, doors, and other finished products
- repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- follow blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements
- collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time
Requirements
- proficient in masonry work and painting
- experience working with power tools and hand tools
- ability to assemble and install various components
- knowledge of roofing techniques is a plus
- capable of heavy lifting and physical labor
- skilled in fabricating and shaping materials
- basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
