Responsibility
- work together to create strong relationships with other departments from across the wider estate
- work alongside the Head Chef to develop a positive culture of ongoing and constant feedback in the department
- be a part of any range and menu discussions, bringing sales data and customer insight
- have a hands-on management approach to training and mentoring the F&B operations team, being visible and approachable whilst demonstrating a strong presence on the floor
- communication is essential in this role. Keep your team well informed, daily communication with the Head of Food and Beverage and Head Chef and further management
- on a day to day basis, utilise the team to ensure any additional revenue opportunities are fulfilled
- create and drive sales incentives for the department. Set daily, weekly, and monthly departmental targets, review progress and provide inspirational leadership to support effective delivery and attainment
- be organised and forward focussed on the year ahead, ensuring all events, banqueting and corporate hospitality is well planned
Requirements
- experience of working in food and beverage at management level
- experience of managing a multi-site offer
- food and Beverage management: 1 year
