- deliver Occupational Health services to workers as required
- case manage individuals with medical conditions to remain at work safely with modified duties where appropriate
- working with the support staff e.g Occupational Health Technicians and administrative support staff
- collecting suitable data to ensure service delivery is effective
- delivery of Occupational Health Services to the high standard determined as minimal acceptable by the OHN Manager with accurate and factual reports and record keeping
- preparing reports and communication briefs on health related matters in conjunction with the OHM
- implement agreed occupational policies, practices and health programs for fitness to work, pre-employment, health surveillance, health promotion, safety critical jobs, auditing, and data collection
- ensuring safety and security of equipment provided and office base
