  • comfortable working in a funeral home setting
  • adaptability and flexibility
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year

Responsibility

  • managing the calendars of Funeral Directors, SLT and other office staff
  • scheduling of meetings between SLT and our teams, and external partners
  • some PA work for the MD and CEO
  • answer phone calls, transfer calls, deal with enquiries, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the office
  • show compassion and empathy in your approach to your work
  • upholding the standards of the funeral home and contributing to the smooth running of the branch
  • keep record for the in- hours and out- of- hours transfers
  • sorting and distributing mail
