- as a family-owned portfolio we are a relatively small office team, therefore the ability to work independently is crucial; the successful candidate must be able to organise their workload efficiently and employ a certain degree of self-management
Responsibility
- ensuring property compliance such as gas and electrical safety checks
- advising utility companies of meter readings and tenant changeovers
- day to day office administration and filing
- negotiating and renewing tenancy agreements and rent increases
- tenant referencing and monitoring process
