we are looking for someone to join our hardworking, enthusiastic, friendly, family furniture business as an Administrator & Showroom Receptionist
the Administrator & Showroom Receptionist role is versatile, full-time, 37.5 hours a week, over 5 days, 9am to 5pm
the role provides key showroom and office support and is vital for the smooth-running of the business
duties include fielding telephone calls/enquiries, receiving and directing showroom visitors, helping and fulfilling enquiries, checking paperwork and liaising with suppliers
administration experience with social media and web content would be an advantage but not essential for this role
are you a reliable, friendly and outgoing person with excellent people and
the team member will support and move between departments, helping with processing orders, checking costs and figures, liaising with team members including accounts
away from core Administrative tasks, the team member will seek to create a friendly shopping environment, solve customer questions, and guide visitors toward a purchase
