agree the annual marketing projects and budget
overview the implementation of these marketing projects and budget spend throughout the year
maintain a strong competitor care home and general care industry knowledge, by bench marking the home against other local providers
monitor our homes performance
research and then manage agreed strategic development projects from start to the final introduction stage
managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, e-newsletters, and website photos/videos
maintain office systems, including data management and filing
the Marketing part of this role will focus on attracting customers, by working closely with our external marketing firm and other introducing firms, in the develop of customer enquiries
Requirements
at least 02 years of project management or digital marketing
exceptional written and oral communication skills
excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
good organisational and time management skills required to implement projects
the ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
excellent people skills
ability to work on your own initiative
