Responsibility
- agree the annual marketing projects and budget
- overview the implementation of these marketing projects and budget spend throughout the year
- maintain a strong competitor care home and general care industry knowledge, by bench marking the home against other local providers
- monitor our homes performance
- research and then manage agreed strategic development projects from start to the final introduction stage
- managing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, e-newsletters, and website photos/videos
- maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- the Marketing part of this role will focus on attracting customers, by working closely with our external marketing firm and other introducing firms, in the develop of customer enquiries
Requirements
- at least 02 years of project management or digital marketing
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- good organisational and time management skills required to implement projects
- the ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- excellent people skills
- ability to work on your own initiative
