- we are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual. Ideally with knowledge in auto parts although training will be provided
- answering inbound calls from clients
- making sure emails and questions on our selling platforms are answered quickly and precisely
- processing customers’ orders
- liaise with our warehouse manager to change stock levels when required
- assist with any eBay/Amazon related problems and liaise with the correct teams from the relevant channel
- maintaining customer expectations by updating them on the progress of their orders
