- liaise with corporate head office and other European sites

- produce reports for customers on sales figures, material movements, stock levels and price reconciliations
- support UK and Corporate teams, other Alpla sites and customers with sales queries
- fulfilment of sample requests, maintaining sample stocks and/or requesting stock from production or quality as needed
- booking of travel, including hotels, taxis, flights, conferences and meeting rooms
Education
- strong administrative experience, dealing with sensitive data/inputting of figures
- able to prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised, detail orientated
