Responsibility

  • represent Alliance Clinical Services effectively at all levels within the client’s organisation as required and externally with clients
  • motivate and encourage collaboration across clients departments in order to enhance/improve the services offered to customers to open up growth opportunities
  • budget creation and management responsibility , based on contract requirements
  • to coordinate the successful delivery of clinical insourcing contracts across a range of specialties across different territories
  • responsibility for generating new prospects and leads within insourcing contracts being delivered
  • manage and negotiate resources. Adjusting plans dependant on customer demand and variation
  • delivery of income targets and budget spend controls as required
  • responsibility and management of contractor availability to ensure timely allocation of contractors for clinic templates across key specialties

Requirements

  • able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and high levels of self-motivation
  • excellent influencing and communication skills with external contractor and clients
  • ability to work proactively, and make decisions where appropriate
  • experience in procurement within healthcare
  • demonstrate flexibility and agility to support the delivery of business objectives
  • the ability to plan and anticipate potential problems
  • strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise a busy and often conflicting workload
  • possess a willingness to learn in a constant changing environment
