Lots of false promises made to butter us up and not delivered. Promised equipment we never got. Promised extra hours we didn’t get. Paid incorrectly or late several times. Toxic culture of blame to get rid of you in favour of bringing in own staff. Expectation of working 12 hours a day every day. Nothing ever good enough and never thanked for anything. Disturbed while at home about petty matters. Priorities all over the place and don’t listen to anyone else’s opinions or views.
